A new series of courses with the aim of equipping small and medium enterprises with the necessary knowledge and skills to make the best use of electronic commerce have been launched by Malta Enterprise in collaboration with the Ministry for the Economy, Investment and Small Business and one of the leading ICT schools in Malta, TCTC.
The EBIZ courses will help businesses – including shopowners and self-employed – to overcome the challenges posed by the limitations of the traditional markets and to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the latest developments in ICT, particularly in electronic commerce.
Within the context of the new digital realities, they would then be able to use the internet to access new international markets whilst at the same time reducing their costs.
Applications for the courses, which are also being supported by GO, BOV and SmartCity Malta, open on October 10, 2014.
