Crane Currency has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art secruty printing plant in Hal Far, a €100million investment that will create 300 new jobs. The company is the second global security printing firm to operate from Malta after De La Rue, which has a long standing relationship with the country.

Malta Enterprise has launched the Catering Capacity Building scheme with the aim of assisting hospitality and catering establishments engage a chef to support in capacity building, innovation, and in the development the operations. Eligible undertakings, including self-employed operators, will be supported through a tax credit representing a percentage of the eligible expenditure and wages of the international experienced chefs, up to a maximum of €10,000 per undertaking.
