Overview Start-up Finance aims to support Small Start-up Undertakings that demonstrate a viable business concept and show commitment to expand and further develop their economic activity.
Eligibility Eligible Enterprises: Small Start-up Undertakings

Eligible Activities

  1. Manufacturing;
  2. Software development;
  3. Industrial services analogous to manufacturing;
  4. Health, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences; 
  5. Other innovative economic activities which are enabled through knowledge and technology providing services or products which are currently not readily available in the relevant market or which shall be provided through a process which is novel.

  • Payroll Costs
  • Procurement of assets
  • Procurement of materials, and of specialised and technical services 
  • Costs incurred towards establishing an operation in Malta
